1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the OSHA 300/301 Training Certification platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services.

2. Course Access and Duration

Upon successful registration and receipt of your Course ID, you will have access to the training platform for thirty (30) days from the date of registration. This access period is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the 30-day period.

• Module 1 is available as a free preview to all registered users
• Access to Modules 2-9 requires payment of the course fee ($19)
• Your Course ID is required for all future logins - we do not send email reminders
• Access expires automatically after 30 days regardless of completion status

3. Payment Terms

Payment for the full course access is $19.00 USD, processed securely through Stripe. This is a one-time payment that unlocks access to all course modules for the duration of your 30-day access period.

• All payments are processed in USD
• Payment is required to access modules 2-9
• No refunds are provided after payment is processed
• Payment does not extend the 30-day access period

4. Certification

Upon successful completion of all 9 course modules, you will receive a downloadable PDF certificate. This certificate represents your completion of our OSHA recordkeeping training program.

Please note that this certificate represents completion of our educational program and does not constitute official OSHA certification or endorsement. The training content is based on current OSHA regulations but official compliance requirements should be verified with OSHA directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Safeguard your Course ID and not share it with others
• Use the platform only for its intended educational purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent payment requirements or access restrictions
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify course content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements, is the property of OSHA 300 Training Platform and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not send emails or store unnecessary personal data. Your progress and completion status are stored securely and used solely for platform functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

OSHA 300 Training Platform provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to use the platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
